The last character I worked on in my little series. I've always loved buckles, and because I couldn't think of any other binding subject, that's what I used to incorporate in his design. This was another one i wish I had more time on , but Evil Overlord Art teach stood over me with a scythe in one hand and a deadline in the other. -_-
